Shipping policy

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We usually take about 1-3 business days to pack up and ship out your order. 

We will send a tracking number to you once your parcel has been sent out. You can use this tracking number to check the whereabouts of your parcel. 

Shipping Rate. The rate is calculated based on the weight of your parcel and your shipping address. For an estimation of the rate, you may use the Estimate Shipping Tool right below your Shopping Cart before checking out.  

Duration. It may take between 3-15 business days for your parcel to arrive, depending on where you are. Please note that the duration may take longer than usual during festive seasons or if there is any occurrence of force majeure.

Taxes and Duties.  Orders that will be shipped internationally are subject to their respective country's customs and import duty fees. Your customs and import duty fees will be determined by the country of import upon arrival of your order based on your product value. These fees are not included in your order and shipping cost. All customs and import duty fees have to be paid by the parcel recipient.

European Union VAT. House of Kendal has registered for Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) and we collect VAT on all orders that will be shipped to European Union countries. However, we do not collect any tax for orders that will be shipped to Belgium, Germany, France, Finland, and Latvia, due to the coffee excises that are practiced in the respective countries.
