Shipping Rates
You may pick-up your order at Gallery Liberica @ Plaza Kelana Jaya during our operation hours. We will contact you once your order is ready, usually within 1-2 days.
If you would like to arrange for a pick-up via Grab Express and Lalamove, please opt for Local Pickup when checking out and leave us a note.

Duration. It may take between 5-15 business days for your parcel to arrive, depending on where you are. Please note that the duration may take longer than usual during festive seasons or if there is any occurrence of force majeure.
European Union VAT. House of Kendal has registered for Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) and we collect VAT on all orders that will be shipped to the European Union countries. However, we do not collect any tax for orders to be shipped to Belgium, Germany, France, Finland, and Latvia, due to the coffee excises that are practiced in the respective countries.

Shipping Rate. The rate is calculated based on the weight of your parcel and your shipping address. Some countries have a flat shipping rate.
Duration. It may take between 5-15 business days for your parcel to arrive, depending on where you are. Please note that the duration may take longer than usual during festive seasons or if there is any occurrence of force majeure.
Taxes and Duties. Orders that will be shipped internationally are subject to their respective country's customs and import duty fees. Your customs and import duty fees will be determined by the country of import upon arrival of your order based on your product value. These fees are not included in your order and shipping cost. All customs and import duty fees have to be paid by the parcel recipient.
SHIPPING FAQ
Your order is usually ready for pickup or shipping out within one business day. However, there are days when it will take longer to process your order due to some reasons such as stock availability.
Please also note that even though Gallery Liberica operates on the weekend and public holidays, most courier service do not. Shipping will proceed on the next business day.
It depends on the courier service delivery time and your location. We will provide the tracking number of your parcel for you to check on its whereabouts.
Yes, we ship worldwide. If you are having trouble getting a shipping rate during check out, please contact us.
Yes, we do but only to certain parts of the world and with a certain minimum order. Due to the cost of courier service, we are unable to offer free shipping to everyone. Please check on the Rates above if free shipping is available in your delivery area.

That depends on your shipping address. At the moment, we only collect EU VAT for orders that will be shipped to the EU countries, except for Belgium, Germany, France, Finland, and Latvia.
For other international destinations, customs and import duty fees will not be included when you place an order. However, your order may be subjected to the respective countries' customs and duty charges that are only payable by the recipient of the order upon delivery. You may be contacted by our carrier partner via SMS and/or email regarding ID and import clearance charges.
