Please contact us as soon as receiving your parcel when there is an issue of damaged, defective, or wrong item(s), or if the packaging has been compromised. 

The extent of liability shall be back-to-back and limited to the coverage provided by the shipping company. Pictures of items will help us evaluate the damage and claim shipping insurance.

We strive to make you satisfied with your order. We're happy to accept returns within 30 days, but the shipping cost of returns will have to be borne by you. We do accept in-person returns.
