LOCAL PICKUP OR DELIVERY
You may pick up your order at House of Kendal Cafe @ Plaza Kelana Jaya during our operation hours. We also offer free delivery to our neighborhood in Kelana Jaya (postcode 47301). We will contact you once your order is ready, usually within 1-3 business days. Please note that our roastery does not operate on Sundays and on public holidays.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Upon receiving your order, we usually take about 1-3 business days to pack up and ship out your order. We will send a tracking number to you once your parcel has been sent out. You can use this tracking number to check the whereabouts of your parcel.
Expedited delivery within Malaysia can be arranged using TNT or FEDEX with additional charges. Please contact us via email at sales@houseofkendal, and provide us with your shipping address for a price quote.
TO PENINSULAR MALAYSIA
Free Shipping. All orders from West Malaysia that are RM80 and above are entitled to free shipping. For orders below RM80, please see our Shipping Rate below.
Shipping Rate. The rate is calculated based on the weight of your parcel. For an estimation, you may use the Estimate Shipping Tool right below your Shopping Cart before checking out. The shipping rate starts at RM5.50 (below 1kg) to everywhere in West Malaysia.
Duration. It may take between 4-7 business days for your parcel to arrive, depending on where you are. Please note that the duration may take longer than usual during festive seasons or if there is any occurrence of force majeure.
TO SABAH AND SARAWAK
Free Shipping Promotion. All orders from East Malaysia that are RM150 and above are entitled free shipping. For orders below RM150, please see our Shipping Rate below.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We usually take about 1-3 business days to pack up and ship out your order.

TO SINGAPORE
Shipping Rate. The rate is calculated based on the weight of your parcel. For an estimation of the rate, you may use the Estimate Shipping Tool right below your Shopping Cart before checking out. Shipping starts at RM15 (below 1kg) to everywhere in Singapore.
Courier. We usually opt for Ninja Van for shipping to Singapore, but we will opt for another courier service if it is not available.
Duration. It may take between 6-15 business days for your parcel to arrive, depending on where you are. Please note that the duration may take longer than usual during festive seasons or if there is any occurrence of force majeure.
TO THE REST OF THE WORLD
Shipping Rate. The rate is calculated based on the weight of your parcel and your shipping address. For an estimation of the rate, you may use the Estimate Shipping Tool right below your Shopping Cart before checking out.
Duration. It may take between 10-30 business days for your parcel to arrive, depending on where you are. Please note that the duration may take longer than usual during festive seasons or if there is any occurrence of force majeure.
Taxes and Duties. Orders that will be shipped internationally are subject to their respective country's customs and import duty fees. Your customs and import duty fees will be determined by the country of import upon arrival of your order based on your product value. These fees are not included in your order and shipping cost. All customs and import duty fees must be borne by the parcel recipient.
European Union VAT. House of Kendal has registered for Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) and we collect VAT on all orders that will be shipped to European Union countries. However, we do not collect any tax for orders to be shipped to Belgium, Germany, France, Finland, and Latvia, due to the coffee excises that are practiced in the respective countries.
