When will my order be roasted and shipped?
We roast at least 3 times a week. We ship on a daily basis except weekends. We aim to send you the freshest coffee available. Depending on the shipping location, you can expect your coffee to be anywhere from 5 –14 days off roast. In any case, it will not exceed 30 days from date of roast.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. During check out, you will see the cost of shipping based on the shipping address entered. If you wish to get the most competitive rates, please send us an email or WA us with the postcode of your shipping address and we will give you an estimate.

What is your return policy?
We roast all coffee to order. As such, we do not accept returns on any coffee purchases. Unused or defective merchandise in original packaging with purchase receipt may be returned within 60 days for a full refund. Used non-defective merchandise is not returnable.

Does the company offer certified organic and Fair Trade coffees?
We intentionally do not pursue any certifications attached to green coffees. We pursue fair and sustainable partnerships with importers and producers, whether co-ops or family farms, and we push hard to source high-scoring lots from these producers year after year.
We ourselves are farmers, millers, roasters and café operators.
It is our desire to have a sustainable, just and fair relationships with everybody in the supply chain.
