The Mekong is a great South East Asian river that originated from the Tibetan Mountains. It flows through Myanmar before crossing into Yunnan province, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam.

It is an apt name to describe the coffees that come from the Yunnan and Indo-China. When rivers were the means of connectivity the Mekong and its surrounding regions were the centers of South East Asian civilisations. The finest coffees from Yunnan and Indo-China connect the people of Asia and the world.
